Registration & Fees

IEEE / ISCA Member Registration

Participants registering at the IEEE/ISCA member rate are required to provide a valid IEEE or ISCA membership number during registration.

Student Registration

Participants registering at the student rate are required to upload a valid student ID or equivalent proof of student status.

Please note that Student Registration cannot be used to cover an accepted paper. Authors who need to register an accepted paper must select one of the Regular registration categories.

Paper Registration

Each accepted paper must be covered by a Regular Registration by September 21, 2026. A single Full Registration may cover up to two accepted papers.

When completing the registration form, authors should enter the paper ID(s) to be covered by the registration.

At least one author of every accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. An accepted paper that is not presented at the conference will be considered a no-show and will be excluded from the final ISCSLP 2026 proceedings.

Accommodation at the Conference Venue

Participants may request accommodation at JEN Penang Georgetown through the ISCSLP 2026 registration system when registering for the conference. Please note that hotel accommodation fees are not included in the conference registration payment. JEN Penang Georgetown will contact you directly within a few days after registration to confirm the hotel reservation and provide further instructions regarding payment and booking details.

Participants who wish to stay at JEN Penang Georgetown are encouraged to request a room during conference registration, as rooms are subject to availability.
